The last few days I’ve been really good about eating (staying within my calorie range) and exercising (mostly cardio), yet I’ve gained weight. WHY???

First gym session of 2013. I normally can run for 5 minutes straight on the treadmill, and this time I did 10! Super proud of the progress I’m making.
Two years ago I was 152. Last year I was 147. This year I’m 138.
It’s a slow journey but I’m getting there.
Here’s to making 2013 my best year yet.
